About Sundance Bio

Sundance Biosciences is developing three oral therapies targeting TYK2, an enzyme that plays an important role in regulating the immune system. Our two most advanced programs, one of which is brain-penetrant and one of which is peripherally-restricted, have completed Phase 1 clinical trials and demonstrated exceptional target engagement profiles.
